The meeting will be recorded to facilitate the production of minutes, after which time the recording will be discarded. Voting will be conducted via Zoom poll. Votes will be recorded to confirm one vote per member family. Proxy holders should send completed proxy forms via email to secretary@lakeshoreswimclub.com (a photo via smartphone is acceptable). To vote your proxy, send a Zoom direct chat message with your vote. For all votes except the election of directors, send them to Nadine Benoit (secretary). For the election of directors, send them to Tony Field (president).
Also please note that our accounting firm Tinkham LLP will be presenting our financials immediately following the treasurer’s report.
