Program Cancellation Policy
In the event of insufficient demand for programs, Lakeshore Swim Club reserves the right to cancel a program prior to the commencement of classes. Registered participants will be fully reimbursed for their fee in such circumstances.
Facility Unexpectedly Closed
If a class is cancelled due to a facility being closed by the operator of the facility (due to weather or other reasons) and if a credit is issued to LSC, LSC will refund or credit accounts of registrants a portion of the credit received by LSC for the missed class.
