Photographs/videos of club activities will be taken by LSC and its affiliates and/or the local press for archival and promotional purposes. This may include use on the club website, email newsletters, social media, video streaming platforms, etc.
I hereby give permission for my child(ren) to be photographed/recorded during their activities with LSC.
